Fred is the owner of WLNC but he'd be the first to tell you that his favorite duty is being the morning man. As he often says "Fred IS the morning" on Hometown Raido. He's been a fixture on local radio in Laurinburg for over 36 years. Many people turn on WLNC in the mornings just to hear what Fred's going to say next.
Fred is also the voice of SCOTS SPORTS RADIO and is as big a Scots Sports fan as you'll find. His daily sports reports, his on-the-spot interviews with coaches, and his special fall football programs have been staples of Laurinburg radio for many years.
